Seems like I can't go anywhere online to look for videos from Hairspray without finding something along the lines of Zac Efron worship. Badly misspelled Efron worship... My advice to these two stunning examples of Teenage glory, one of you should spend less time gawking over a fluffy remake of GREASE and both of you (Especially Lady Salad Tongs) should have a few months with the white coats!
Seriously folks, what is so great about High School Musical anyways. I mean, it has consumed the youth of today in it's fuzzy pink fluff, all of the actors seem to have a cult to follow them. I was even reading in Rolling Stone Magazine that 1/4 of all school girls have a poster of Zac Efron in their lockers.
When you really think of it, HMS is nothing more than another worthless piece of Disney Fluff filled with Disney regulars who's names immediately disappear from you collective memory seconds after viewing the film. And about the meaning of fart joke, and the depth of a pop star (*Cough* Brittney Spears *Cough*).
In fact, the only one who I had seen who could actually perform was the Prima Donna, Sharpay Evans. I mean, Ashley Tisdale has stage presence!!! Watching Efron and Hudgens roll their eyes about like cows, singing away fluffy pop songs....
This is not a movie, ladies and gentlemen...It is a societal plague!
